So today I had my personal training session. I am at 133lbs and 22% body fat yee yee! and lost fat all over my body so my measurements are smaller =D
I got 4th place in the gymspiration contest on the row machine. 500m in 2:10.4 so 2 mins and 10 secs.
After I got to use the stationary bike for spinning! for the first time. that shit is hard to do -_-.
I work out after work thursday and friday and probably on saturday too, and have training on mondays. might do bootcamp on sundays. =)
